Description Select Doug Fir Shafts made and harvested in southern Oregon by Wapiti Archery POC from premium old growth logs. Doug Fir is a great arrow wood, with tight, straight grain. Slightly heavier than cedar, and often thought more durable than cedar. Our select shafts did not make the premium grade, they have grain runout or small blemishes in them, but are shootable.
