LDPE is certainly reusable, easily cleaned and is the popular choice among pavement marking companies. Choose either 60 Mil thick = 1/16″ for occasional use or 125 Mil thick = 1/8″ for professional use. Try not to buy anything thinner than 60 Mil. It tends to be flimsy / flutter and may be overpriced. I’ve been striping parking lots for (30) years and all of my own, personal parking lot stencils are 125 Mil. BUT…for occasional use, the 60 Mil will serve you well.
