Hallmark: 750 Burch, with the original box Stock Number: 2071 Meinrad Burch-Korrodi (1897 – † 1978) was a Swiss goldsmith and collector of graphic art from the canton of Obwalden. As a goldsmith, he achieved new expressive possibilities in the field of sacred art by returning to function and form, thus overcoming the break in his field of art that the machine-dominated 20th century, characterised by industrial production, had brought about. Burch & Korrodi used to be located at Bahnhofstrasse 44 in Zurich from 1932 till 1967 and are well known for a high-standard of workmanship and top quality gemstones.
