Like all of our collars and pads, these are American made. These are quality 1/2″ felt collar pads with stainless steel clips, plates, and rivets. Buggy or field sizes available. Black. Please order collar pads 2″ larger than your collars. Not sure what size your collar is? Measure inside the rim top to bottom. That is the collar size.
