Why would you need a Comfy Curve girth with a driving saddle? Anyone that drives a pony or a horse with a bit of a belly know about the girth groove. The girth groove makes it difficult to get the saddle to sit back far enough that it will sit level when the girth is done up. Even when the girth is loose. The Comfy Curve girth is shaped to facilitate this and also keep the buckles out of the pony, horse or donkey’s elbow area, a common spot for girth galls to occur. You will need to make this girth a bit more snug to help keep things in place. The width of the girth helps make this a more comfortable option, even when it’s a bit more snug. ***If you are ordering this girth for another harness that is NOT a COMFY FIT harness we will need to know how wide your saddle girth straps are as well as how wide your shaft loops are. This will ensure the girth will work on your saddle. This girth has a buckle for the girth straps and an over girth so is made to be use with the open shaft loop, quick release shaft loop or the french shaft loops. Girth has a D ring for the martingale as it is too wide to loop the martingale around it as you can with the other style girths we sell. **PLEASE TELL US IF YOU ARE USING A COMFYFIT SADDLE OR ANOTHER HARNESS BRAND SADDLE.
