When you hear a gas leak, it is time to replace the O-ring. When you begin to fill the cylinder and open the valve O, it must be done slowly and only open the valve until you hear the CO2 flowing. If you open it too quickly, and the CO2 stops, then close C, unscrew B, releasing the pin, open D to release the pressure, close D and start again, slowly. Before filling, check if your main CO2 tank has an educator/siphon tube. If it does not, then you will need to invert your main tank. CO2 is heavier than air and will sit at the bottom of the tank. Here are the steps: Place the gasket E in the refill connector A, confirm if the On/Off valve C and the release valve D are closed. Connect the fill station connector A to the big bottle and tighten them together, then connect the small cylinder G to the connector B, and rotate the pin switch of B to the bottom. Open the bottle switch F, and open the On/Off valve C. After 1-2 seconds of filling, close the valve C. Open the release valve D, to exhaust the air from the small cylinder, and close the release valve D. Open the On/Off valve C again, refill for about 25 seconds, then close the On/Off valve C, and the bottle switch. Counter-rotate the pin switch B to the highest position, open the release valve D, and exhaust the excess gas in the hose. Unscrew the small cylinder, and finish the refilling process. Filling can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. You should be able to hear the CO2 flowing and then stop, or you can place the small cylinder on a scale and watch for the cylinder to stop filling. The small cylinders hold 400grams/14ounces. The refills will likely get to about 360grams/12.7ounces. Conclusion for the CO2 Filling Station: In conclusion, the filling station is a quick and efficient solution for CO2 refilling. Its user-friendly operation, high-quality materials, and ASTM compliance make it a reliable and safe solution for individuals and businesses.
