blend: 100% Chardonnay from the 2016 harvest in addition to a 40% reserve Chardonnay from previous harvests. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel. Vinification is carried out using malolactic fermentation. Minimum 48 months on the lees and at least 3 months of rest after dégorgement. Liqueur dosage: 3 g/L.
