Blend: 100% Chardonnay 2014 harvest in addition to a percentage of 50% of reserve Chardonnay from previous harvests of which 5% via the solera method. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel. Vinification is carried out using malolactic fermentation. Minimum 72 months of stay on the lees and at least 3 months of rest after dégorgement. Liqueur dosage: 3 g/L.
